Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RayForgeX Academy website and platform ("the Platform"), operated by RayForgeX Technologies (GSTIN: 09AHGPV9395J1Z9), ("RayForgeX", "we", "us"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@rayforgex.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

RayForgeX offers recorded courses, live cohort-based classes, and paid membership plans. Course prices, schedules, durations and discounts shown on the Platform are set at our discretion and may change for future enrollments without affecting access already granted to existing students.

Live class schedules (dates, times, batch cadence) are indicative and may be adjusted by the instructor; we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of any change.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; RayForgeX does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. Access to paid content or a membership is granted only after payment is successfully verified.

Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All course content — videos, lesson text, quizzes, materials and branding — is the property of RayForgeX or its instructors and is licensed to you solely for your personal, non-commercial learning use. You may not copy, download, redistribute, resell, or share your account or course access with anyone else. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found sharing or redistributing paid content.

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting other users, uploading harmful content, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RayForgeX does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment, or certification results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RayForgeX's liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or membership.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
